Customer Service Representative - Full time
CONTRATACIÓN
La contratación es modalidad contractor, es decir, se paga 100% en USD
JORNADA LABORAL
* Es un trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas de (microcentro)
* La jornada laboral sería de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30am a 4pm EST. (8:30am a 5pm en Argentina)
HONORARIOS
USD fijos y mensuales.
Te cuento un poco sobre las tareas y el puesto:
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
* Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
* Assist with account access, claims processing, and general troubleshooting.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
