This role acts as the first point of contact, ensuring prospects are effectively engaged and prepared for the sales team.
Core Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients who align with the company’s offerings.
• Outreach & Qualification: Contact leads via calls, emails, or social media to explain services, assess interest, and qualify them.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified prospects and sales representatives or account executives. • CRM & Calendar Management: Maintain updated records of leads and ensure efficient scheduling for the sales team.
• Follow-Up & Confirmation: Conduct follow-ups and send reminders to ensure smooth communication with prospects.
