By pooling our clients together, we enhance their buying power and secure competitive rates and coverage. Our mission is to simplify the selection and implementation process by offering tailored recommendations and hands-on support.
Responsibilities and Tasks
· Identify and prospect businesses that could benefit from PEO services
· Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives
· Educate potential clients on the PEO model and the advantages of working with a brokerage
· Research market trends and client needs to personalize outreach strategies
· Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
· Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel
· Log all activities and interactions in CRM systems
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, insurance, or SaaS industries
· Basic understanding of PEO services and business operations is a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms
Hard Skills
· Lead generation and qualification
· CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Knowledge of payroll, HR, insurance, and workers’ compensation is a plus
· Business email writing and presentation creation
