We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Performance Management: Monitor the team's KPIs and overall performance, providing consistent support to meet and exceed targets.
Training & Development: Complete and lead a comprehensive training program (3 weeks of theoretical training + 1 week of nesting) to onboard new team members.
Coaching & Quality Assurance: Conduct call inspections and provide one-on-one coaching to ensure quality standards are met and continuous improvement is fostered.
Operational Excellence: Utilize Salesforce as the primary tool for all daily activities and lead management, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience leading individuals with sales KPIs. Experience in B2B services (not retail) is essential.
Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using Salesforce.
Language: Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
Soft Skills
Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve high productivity volumes and consistently meet targets.
