We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You’ll be the first point of contact for brands exploring Breef, helping them understand our value and connecting them with the right agencies.


Main Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

* Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Management team.

* Personalize outreach using CRM tools and internal data.

* Share decks, follow-ups, and insights to nurture prospects.

* Collaborate to refine messaging and improve conversion.

* Track metrics and contribute to sales strategy improvements.


Requirements

4-5 years of sales experience (preferably in tech, media, or marketing)

Fluent English (written & spoken)

Passion for marketing, branding, and creative industries

Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment


Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with CRM tools and sales automation

Familiarity with agency-client dynamics

Proven success in booking meetings or lead generation


ENGLISH LEVEL: ADVANCED - MUST

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (puede ser EST or CST)
