📞 Call Center Agent – Senior Living Communities

We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners interested in our senior living communities.

In this role, you will create a warm and professional first impression, guide inquiries, and help connect prospects with the right community by scheduling onsite tours. This position is key to supporting occupancy growth by ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and a focus on next steps.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries
  • Answer calls professionally, representing each community by name while providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Lead qualification & information gathering
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand the caller’s needs, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Tour scheduling & coordination
  • Guide qualified prospects toward booking onsite tours and confirm all necessary details.
  • CRM documentation & follow-up
  • Accurately record lead information, call notes, and next steps in the CRM system.
  • Support sales teams & occupancy goals
  • Ensure smooth handoff to community sales teams and help drive conversions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Nearly native-level English proficiency
  • Strong communication skills — someone people genuinely enjoy speaking with on the phone
  • Empathy and professionalism when assisting individuals in sensitive or emotional situations
  • Ability to listen actively and respond with clarity and confidence
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
