Bilingual Sales Agent– Call Center - Full time
Position Objective: The Bilingual Sales Agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to offer products and services to potential customers. The primary goal is to generate successful sales through advising and negotiating with customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer company products and services.
- Manage inbound calls to answer questions and offer suitable products based on customer needs.
- Follow up on sales opportunities to close deals.
- Maintain detailed records of every customer interaction in the company’s management system.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, resolving issues efficiently.
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and suggest ideas to optimize effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s service and sales quality standards.
- Manage the customer and prospect database efficiently.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in tele-sales or call centers (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work the afternoon/evening shift (from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or similar).
- Proactive attitude, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and stay organized.
Schedule:
- 7 hours per day, afternoon/evening shift.
