Job Objective:

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer interactions and providing support, offering effective solutions and excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of English proficiency (C1) to interact with international clients, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers, providing assistance in English in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on products or services as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate case records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide proactive solutions.
  • Adhere to quality standards for customer service, including response times and resolution metrics.
  • Participate in training and updates on processes or products to maintain service quality.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues swiftly, escalating cases when necessary.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • C1 level of English or higher, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer service (preferably in bilingual environments).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with technological tools, including CRM systems and communication platforms.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Availability to work on-site in Buenos Aires.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if necessary.
