Resumen del Puesto:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multiple Accounts Supervisor to join our on-site team at Solvo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple client accounts, ensuring service excellence and achievement of established objectives. This role requires a strong on-site presence, fostering collaboration and providing direct support to the team.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Account Management:Supervise and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to service agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor account performance and generate regular progress and results reports.
  • Team Leadership:Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Train and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage team schedules, and the fulfillment of the goals of each team member.
  • Process Improvement:Identify and propose improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that the team members, comply with the company established processes.
  • Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing (in English and Spanish).
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Manage the SLA compliance of each account.
  • On-Site Presence:Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support the team and facilitate communication.
  • Participate in on-site meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform Team Building activities.

Requisitos:

  • Proven experience in account management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in English and Spanish).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level of english.
  • Availability to work on-site at Solvo's offices.
