Resumen del Puesto:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multiple Accounts Supervisor to join our on-site team at Solvo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple client accounts, ensuring service excellence and achievement of established objectives. This role requires a strong on-site presence, fostering collaboration and providing direct support to the team.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Account Management:Supervise and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to service agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor account performance and generate regular progress and results reports.
- Team Leadership:Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage team schedules, and the fulfillment of the goals of each team member.
- Process Improvement:Identify and propose improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that the team members, comply with the company established processes.
- Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing (in English and Spanish).
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Manage the SLA compliance of each account.
- On-Site Presence:Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support the team and facilitate communication.
- Participate in on-site meetings and training sessions.
- Perform Team Building activities.
Requisitos:
- Proven experience in account management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in English and Spanish).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced level of english.
- Availability to work on-site at Solvo's offices.
